Why We Write blogs?

Verve Systems blogs are an informal medium of communication with its customers, employees and other stake holders related to our organization. This provides a platform for all the related entities to express their views and gain feedback on their views openly and in desired perspective. This also keeps away any formal structure or methods of expression as in traditional ways.
Blogging also helps us in presenting the right informal impression of our organization, which informs people about our corporate culture and environment & inspires them to join us. This also gives specific stake holders and a larger audience in general a platform to provide us the feedback about our company and in bolder words criticize our products, services and ideas, which eventually assist us in improving and serving our clients better and better.
Though this can very well be done through website, however, blogs are dynamic, informal and open, thus more valuable and direct compared to a static and closed ended website.

What we write in these blogs?

  • Regular updates about our organization and analysis of the same by the blogger
  • Informative articles related to technology and business
  • Our experiences with our customers and our learning from the same
  • Informal views of our employees (in exactly their words) and their ideas of improving the organization and other similar organizations
  • We also invite our customers to write guest posts on different topics including
  • o Their experience and understanding of onsite-offshore relationship
    o Their experience of working with us
    o Their views on certain technology which they expertise in and how it can be leveraged to the best

  • Informal information related to our organization which we are not able to communicate through our website
  • How we write it? Presentation matters…

    While writing it is important that we present the information in right context. We ensure that writer’s views are expressed in the way they really feel it. We try to keep the policies to minimum to ensure that views are rightly presented and responded to within this blog.
    We avoid making false claims about our organization in this blog and we also try to include as much posts possible for presenting our failures as learning in this blog.

    How it helps?

    It helps us in gaining access to various views within and outside the organization about our organization and its culture / environment.

    It helps us understand the problems that our employees and clients may be facing, hence to resolve these problems.

    It helps us in getting feedback on our views posted on this blog thus ensuring that our views are accepted or modified to get accepted within our circle of operation.

    It helps us in improving ourselves with an open and informal feedback about the organization in all aspects.
